Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. hot water
    1 large onion
    black pepper to taste
    1 green pepper
    1 c. cooked tomatoes
    3/4 c. uncooked rice
Preparation
    Put chops in bottom of baking dish.
    Place rice over them. Slice onion and green peppers over rice.
    Pour hot water and tomatoes over this and add salt and pepper.
    Cover and bake 1 hour until rice is cooked and chops are tender.
