Halibut Caddy Ganty - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (7 oz.) fresh filets
    8 oz. dry white wine
    1 tsp. kosher salt
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. red onion, finely chopped
    2 tsp. fresh dill, chopped
    4 sprigs fresh dill
Preparation
    Marinate filets in wine and salt for 15 minutes. Drain and coat each filet with bread crumbs. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, red onion and dill together. Spread on top of filets like frosting. Place filets on baking dish moistened with 1 ounce white wine and 1 ounce water. Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 10 to 12 minutes. Garnish with dill sprigs.
