Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
2 Tbsp. strawberry gelatin powder
1 baked 9-inch pie shell
1 qt. fresh strawberries, hulled
whipped cream
Preparation

In a saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch and water.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and clear.
Add gelatin and mix well.
Arrange berries in the pie shell, top with gelatin mixture.
Chill for several hours.
Serve with whipped cream.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
