Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. grated cheese
8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 Mrs. Smith's frozen pie shell
Preparation

Sprinkle cheese and bacon on bottom of frozen pie shell. Combine remaining ingredients, beat slightly.
Pour batter over top.
Bake for 45 minutes in 375 degree oven.
