Popovers(No Cholesterol, 70 Calories) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 egg whites
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
    salt
    1 c. skim milk
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    Spray muffin tins.
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Beat whites until fluffy, not stiff. Stir in melted margarine, milk, flour and salt. Fill pans 3/4 full.
    Bake for 45 minutes.
    Cut slits in each and return to oven for 5 minutes.
