Spicy Peanut Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    3 Tbsp. peanut oil
    1 to 2 Tbsp. crushed red pepper
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
    1 to 2 tsp. brown sugar
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. boneless chicken breast
    1/2 c. chicken stock
    4 scallions, finely sliced
Preparation
    In a wok or a large skillet over high heat, saute the onion and the garlic in half of the peanut oil until just lightly colored.
    Add the red pepper, and continue to cook until the onion and garlic are golden brown.
    Turn off the heat.
