*Beef Saucy Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 lb. (2 c.) fresh tomatoes, cut up
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic salt (optional)
2 heads cabbage (2 lb.)
3/4 c. shredded processed Swiss cheese
Preparation

In skillet, saute beef, onion and green pepper until meat is browned.
Drain off fat.
Stir in tomatoes, salt and garlic salt. Simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
