Creamed Carrot Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small potato, diced
    6 to 8 carrots, peeled and diced
    1 medium onion, sliced
    3 3/4 c. chicken stock
    1 1/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    salt, pepper and parsley
Preparation
    Simmer potatoes, carrots and onion in chicken stock until soft.
    Puree in blender, a little at a time.
    Add milk.
    Melt butter in a large pot.
    Blend in the flour; gradually add the pureed soup and bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Garnish with parsley.
    Serves 4.
