Kuchen(A Wonderful German Butter Coffee Cake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 c. lukewarm milk
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. oleo
    7 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix yeast with milk.
    Stir in salt and sugar.
    Stir in eggs. Add oleo and flour.
    Mix very well, then knead very well or use kitchen-aide mixer with dough hook.
    Cover with damp cloth in a warm room until dough rises until double in size, about 1 1/2 hours.
    Punch down; rise again for 1/2 hour.
    Divide dough.
    Will make 2 cookie sheets or 6 pie tins.
    Grease pans; put in dough and let rest for 15 minutes.
