Kentucky Fried Chicken Coating - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. self-rising flour
1 Tbsp. paprika
2 envelopes Lipton tomato cup of soup
2 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing mix
1 tsp. salt

Preparation

In double plastic food bag, combine all ingredients well. Shake mixture well.
Rinse chicken pieces in cold water, then dip in mixture.
Can deep fry or oven bake by dotting with butter and baking uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until golden brown.
