Easy Dilled Salmon Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon, drained
    2 c. bread crumbs
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. fresh parsley
    1/4 c. scallions
    1/2 tsp. dried dill
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    pepper
Preparation
    Put 1/2 cup of bread crumbs off to side.
    Mix remaining ingredients and form into patties.
    Coat patties with the 1/2 cup of crumbs.
    Brown quickly in butter until crisp and golden brown. Serve with lemon.
    Excellent with creamed peas and scalloped potatoes.
