Short Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. soft butter
    1 c. sugar
    4 c. sifted flour
Preparation
    Work sugar and butter together. Gradually add flour until well blended. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour. Cut in 2-inch squares while hot. Cool and store in airtight container.
    Melts in your mouth.
