Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 large bananas (ripe)
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Cream shortening, eggs and sugar.
    Sift flour twice and add gradually to first 4 ingredients.
    Add mashed bananas.
    Pour into loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
