Chiffon Style Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
    1 c. boiling water
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/4 c. whipped cream or Cool Whip
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
    Chill until it begins to set, then whip and fold into whipped cream. Cream together cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice.
    Add to Jell-O mixture.
    Pour into prepared graham cracker crust.
    Chill until set.
