Simple Pear Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small bibb lettuce, leaves separated
    4 purple kale leaves
    2 ripe fresh pears, peeled and halved or canned pear halves, drained
    4 Tbsp. mayonnaise (reduced calorie)
    4 Tbsp. finely shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Arrange lettuce and kale leaves.
    Top with pear halves.
    Place 1 tablespoon mayonnaise on top of each half.
    Sprinkle
    each half with 1 tablespoon of cheese.
    Makes 4 servings.
