Chicken Rice Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    10 chicken thighs
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 c. rice
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    2 c. boiling water
    1 c. (4 oz.) mushroom
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt and pepper.
    Coat chicken, place in large skillet over medium heat and brown in oil.
    Place rice in ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle with onion and garlic.
    Top with mushrooms.
    Dissolve bouillon in boiling water. Pour over all.
    Cover and bake 1 hour or until chicken and rice are done.
