Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
2 tsp. minced green onion
2 tsp. prepared mustard
4 tsp. mayonnaise
5 oz. dried beef, cut in little pieces
Preparation

Mix 2/3 of the beef and add rest of the ingredients.
Shape into a ball and roll in remaining beef.
Make a day ahead for better flavor.
