Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. corn (fresh or canned)
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 egg
1 tsp. oil
1/2 c. milk
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients.
Drop by tablespoons into hot frying oil. Fry 2 to 3 minutes.
Serve with butter and maple syrup or powdered sugar.
