Turkey Reuben Canapes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices thin party-style pumpernickel bread (3/4 oz. per 2 slices), lightly toasted
    2 Tbsp. Russian dressing
    2 oz. thin sliced roast turkey breast (eight 1/4 oz. slices)
    1/4 c. rinsed and drained sauerkraut
    2 oz. thin sliced Swiss cheese (eight 1/4 ounce slices)
Preparation
    On nonstick baking sheet, arrange bread.
    Spread 3/4 teaspoon Russian dressing on each slice.
    Top with 1 slice turkey, 1 1/2 teaspoons sauerkraut and 1 slice cheese.
    Broil until heated through and cheese is melted, 1 to 2 minutes.
    Serves 4.
