Zucchini Pudding Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated zucchini
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 small (3 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding (use dry)
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. maraschino cherries
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add oil, sugar, zucchini, vanilla and dry pudding; mix lightly but well.
    Add dry ingredients into first mixture. Fold in nuts and cherries.
    Pour into 2 loaf pans, greased and floured.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
