Magic Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. ground chuck
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 egg
1 pkg. (7/8 oz.) brown gravy
1 c. milk
4 to 6 small potatoes, cut up

Preparation

Mix all ingredients except potatoes; in large bowl.
Shape into a loaf.
Place in crock-pot/oven.
Place potatoes at sides of loaf. If potatoes are peeled, wrap in foil to help from darkening.
Put in oven at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour in crock-pot on low 8 to 10 hours, on high 4 to 5 hours.
