Christmas Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. Blue cheese or Roquefort
    1 green pepper, finely chopped
    1 small can pimiento, drained and finely chopped
    1 tsp. garlic powder or salt
    2 or 3 jalapeno peppers, chopped fine (optional)
    crushed nuts
Preparation
    In mixer, beat together cream cheese and Blue cheese.
    Add green pepper, pimiento, garlic and jalapeno peppers.
    Beat until like whipped cream.
    Refrigerate until firm.
    Spread crushed nuts on a piece of waxed paper.
    Spoon cheese out on top of nuts, shaping into roll and pushing nuts around it.
    Keep refrigerated.
