Rhubarb Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. rhubarb, cut in 1/2-inch chunks
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
1 beaten egg
Preparation

Mix the first 3 ingredients and put in baking pan.
(If rhubarb is frozen, add 1 egg.)
Sift together the next 4 ingredients.
Cut butter in until mixture is crumbly.
Stir in beaten egg.
Spread over rhubarb mixture.
Shake pan to settle dough around rhubarb.
Bake for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
