Mint Bonbon Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. devil's food cake mix
vanilla or chocolate ice cream
creme de menthe

Preparation

Prepare cake mix according to package directions.
Bake in muffin tins.
Cool; cut out centers.
Fill with vanilla ice cream. Pour 1 tablespoon creme de menthe over each one.
Serve immediately.
