Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. crab
1 beaten egg
12 soda crackers
some mayonnaise
seasonings to taste (red pepper, parsley, garlic, onion, cilantro, etc.)

Preparation

Mix together and let set for short while.
Fry.
Very good!
