Chocolate Frosted Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 lb. unsalted margarine or butter
1 egg yolk
2 c. sifted flour
1 c. dark brown sugar

Preparation

Cream the margarine or butter. Add egg yolk and mix. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Spread batter in a greased 10 x 15 1/2-inch cookie sheet as evenly as possible. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
