Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower
    1 (3-inch) slice Velveeta cheese
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
    2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Break cauliflower into flowerets and boil in water 8 minutes. Meanwhile, melt cheese and milk together in a small saucepan. Drain cauliflower and put into a casserole dish. Pour melted cheese and milk over cauliflower. In a small saucepan, melt butter or margarine. Stir cracker crumbs into butter gradually. Keep adding crumbs until butter absorbs, no more. Spread crumbs over top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour. Can be made ahead and baked just before serving.
