Yeast Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. warm water
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    5 heaping Tbsp. sugar
    5 Tbsp. oil
    1 heaping tsp. salt
    4 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix by hand just until mixed.
    Do not overmix.
    Cover and let stand in warm place for 1 hour to double in size.
    Remove from pan on lightly floured board.
    Press together, kind of folding together.
    Do not knead.
    Shape into 1 long roll.
    Cut in half, making 2 long rolls.
    Then, with knife, cut 12 pieces out of each roll, making 24 dinner rolls.
