Steamed Chocolate Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate

Preparation

Mix sugar and flour, sifted with baking powder and salt.
Add beaten egg, milk and melted butter.
Steam 2 hours.
Serve with whipped cream.
