Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 or more pork chops
12 slices onion
chili sauce as desired
hot pepper sauce as desired
1 c. raw rice
Preparation

Brown chops in skillet.
Set aside.
Brown rice in skillet and place chops on top of rice.
Add 1 or more cups water.
Put 1 tablespoon chili sauce on each pork chop, also 2 slices onion. Sprinkle hot pepper sauce over all.
Simmer until meat is cooked. If too dry, add more water.
