Kugel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small containers plain yogurt
    1 pt. low-fat cottage cheese
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 grated apple
    1/4 lb. margarine, melted (1 stick)
    1 pkg. eggless brand noodles, cooked and drained
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except cooked noodles and cinnamon. Add mixture to the noodles and sprinkle with cinnamon that has been placed in a well-buttered 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 minutes until brown.
    Great with almost any summer picnic or barbecue supper.
