Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. uncooked macaroni
    1 medium onion
    3 ribs of celery
    8 to 12 oz. already shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 or 2 bell peppers
    1 jar mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook the macaroni. Put mayonnaise in a large bowl. Cut celery, onion and bell pepper into thin slices. Add to mayonnaise. Add cooked macaroni. Mix with a spoon. Sprinkle cheese in and mix a little at a time, it may clump together. Serves 10 to 15 people.
