Sofrito - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 onions
4 heads of garlic
2 green peppers
2 red peppers
3 bunches cilantro
1 tsp. salt
1 can green olives (without pits)
1 can roasted peppers
Preparation

Blend all ingredients in the blender or in food processor. (I recommend the food processor instead of the blender.)
Keep some in the refrigerator and the rest you can freeze.
This can be used or put in your beans, stews, soups, rice or anything you want to add a Spanish flavor to.
