Pirogi And Fillings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
3 c. flour
Preparation
-
Mix ingredients well for 10 minutes.
Roll out on floured board and cut into 2 1/2 x 5-inch pieces.
Fill center of each piece with one of the following fillings.
Pinch edges well.
Drop into pot of salted boiling water and cook until Pirogi rises to the top of pot.
Cook for 6 more minutes.
Drain, strain in cold water.
Butter them or serve plain.
