Chicken Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. cooked diced chicken
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. dried basil
2 c. creamed cottage cheese
1 egg, beaten
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well
1/4 lb. mozzarella cheese, grated
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
lasagna noodles
Preparation

Make a white sauce by melting butter and mixing in flour. Gradually add chicken broth, mixing often to prevent lumps.
After the sauce thickens, add the chicken, salt and basil.
Set aside.
