Mexican Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (2 lb.) box Velveeta cheese
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and chili peppers

Preparation

Melt cheese mixed with tomatoes and peppers over low heat. Serve in fondue pot to keep hot.
Great with Doritos.
