Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower (I like to use fresh)
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom, cream of chicken or cream of celery soup
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
1 Tbsp. butter
1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions
Preparation

If using fresh veggies, clean and cut, then boil the vegetables until desired tenderness. In a separate saucepan, mix and melt the soup, sour cream, butter and cheese. Combine the cooked veggies, melted mixture and 3/4 can of the French fried onions and mix. Pour this into a buttered 1-quart casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Top with more shredded Cheddar and the rest of the can of French fried onions and bake for 5 minutes.
