Spoon Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine, melted
2 eggs
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can cream-style corn
8 oz. sour cream
1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
Preparation

Mix the ingredients together and pour into casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
This can also be called Spoon Corn Bread Pudding.
