Pineapple-Banana Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. self-rising flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. shredded carrots
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    2 large bananas, mashed
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients thoroughly.
    Mix in flour and cinnamon.
    Gently stir in remaining ingredients and pour into oblong baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    When cool, frost with Banana Frosting.
