Low-Fat Turkey Macaroni - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground turkey
1 1/2 lb. cooked whole wheat macaroni
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
juice of 1/2 lemon
salt and pepper to taste
4 1/2 c. low-fat spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. green pepper
1/2 c. yellow pepper
1/2 c. red pepper
Preparation

Add spices and lemon to turkey; cook and drain.
Add cooked macaroni.
Pour spaghetti sauce over the mixture and add onion and peppers.
Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
