Rosalynn Carter'S Special Cheese Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. grated cheese
1 c. mayonnaise (I use Miracle Whip light)
black pepper to taste
1 c. chopped nuts
1 small onion, grated
dash of cayenne

Preparation

Mix and mold with hands into desired shape.
Place in refrigerator to chill.
When ready to serve, fill center with strawberry preserves.
