Hurry Up Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 envelope dry onion soup mix
4 c. water
3 c. combined cooked or frozen vegetables, rice, barley or potatoes
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
grated cheese
Preparation

Prepare soup with water as directed on package.
Heat to boiling.
Add your choice of vegetables.
Bring to boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes or until all ingredients are tender and flavors are combined.
Sprinkle with eggs and grated cheese.
