Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cornmeal
    1/2 c. flour
    3 eggs
    1 jalapeno pepper, chopped fine
    1 large grated onion
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    2 1/2 c. grated cheese (Cheddar)
    1 can Mexicorn
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together until of semi-smooth consistency. Pour into a greased cast-iron skillet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 about 25 to 30 minutes.
    Top should be golden brown and edges slightly darker.
