Chicken Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

1 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp. oleo
2 c. chopped chicken or turkey
1 (4 oz.) can green chiles
3 Tbsp. oleo
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. coriander (optional)
3/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese (6 oz.)
12 (6-inch) tortillas
Preparation

Cook onion and green peppers in oleo until tender.
Combine in bowl with chicken and green chiles, which have been rinsed, seeded and chopped.
