Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising corn meal
    1/4 c. flour
    1 can cream-style corn
    2 large jalapeno peppers
    1 large onion, finely chopped
    1 c. grated cheese
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients with 1/2 cup buttermilk.
    Pour batter into large greased skillet.
    Bake in preheated 425\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
