Crab Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crab meat
1 1/2 c. boiling water
pinch of celery seed
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
parsley
1 pt. light cream
1/2 c. milk
hunk of butter or margarine
Preparation
-
In a covered pot, simmer crab meat in boiling water for 20 minutes, which has been seasoned with celery seed, salt and pepper.
Then add parsley, light cream, milk and butter.
Makes about 5 servings.
