Wiener Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. hamburg, browned
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. hot water
1 beef bouillon cube
1 Tbsp. catsup
1/2 tsp. bottled steak sauce
1/2 tsp. celery seed
Preparation

To the browned hamburg, add onion and celery.
Saute until almost tender.
Drain fat, if any.
Add remaining ingredients; heat until bubbling.
Put the sauce through a meat grinder or food processor to reduce to a fine-textured sauce.
Serve over hot dogs or wieners in rolls.
