Fried Rice(Canton Style) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. rice
2 carrots, peeled and cut into small pieces
1/2 c. green beans
1/2 c. corn
2 pieces sweet sausage, cooked and cut up
1 bunch scallions
1/4 lb. shrimp, cooked and cut up small
2 to 3 eggs
2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. ginger
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. sugar
salt to taste
1 to 3 Tbsp. peanut oil
Preparation

Cook the rice according to directions.
Heat the oil in a wok or pan.
Add garlic, vegetables and a little salt.
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, until the vegetables are cooked.
Take them out of the pan and set aside.
Add a little more oil to the wok.
Then add the sausage and shrimp.
Cook for 40 seconds.
Add to plate of vegetables.
Add more oil to pan, then ginger, white part of the onions and cooked rice.
Fry them for awhile.
Add the vegetables, sausage, shrimp and onion back to the wok.
Fry them for awhile. Add soy sauce and sugar.
Fry again until they look drier.
At last, put the eggs into the fried rice.
Fry until the eggs are cooked.
At this moment, the fried rice smells very good.
Serves 4 people.
