Ingredients

1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
5 Tbsp. dry powdered milk
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 egg or egg substitute
1/2 c. honey
1 large soft banana
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 c. sunflower seeds
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together except sunflower seeds.
Add seeds after everything is mixed well.
Drop on cookie sheet.
Bake 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Don't overcook.
