Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 zucchini
    5 yellow squash
    1 medium onion
    1 medium green pepper
    leaves of 4 celery stalks
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    1 egg, beaten
    1 1/4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/3 c. cracker crumbs
    seasoned salt
Preparation
    Slice and boil squash until soft.
    Brown onion, pepper and celery in 2 tablespoons of margarine.
    Drain squash and mash with browned mixture.
    Add 4 tablespoons margarine, 1/2 cup cheese, cracker crumbs and seasoned salt to taste.
    Add beaten egg and cover with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes in a 12 x 8 x 1-inch pan sprayed with nonstick spray.
